I'm willing to bet that Tajima goes for the kill on Tobirama while Butsuma goes for the kill on Izuna. Madara will kill Butsuma while Hashirama kills Tajima. OR it would be even better if Madara kills his own dad to stop him from killing Hashirama's brother while Hashirama kills his own dad to stop him from killing Madara's brother. The father's wouldn't expect their own sons to do something like that. Not sure which way it would go, though. Wouldn't the relationship for the brothers be ruined in the second and more appealing option?
